Rates/Terms/Conditions

 

1. Skilled Labor Rate:  $75.00 per hour

 

2. Haul & Launch charges per foot:  up to 55'  -  $ 5.00/ft   (Minimum charge - $200

                                                                  56' to 64'  -  $ 6.00/ft

                                                                  65' & up  -   $10.00/ft

    

    (a.) Special blocking of spray/rub rails $75/hour

3. Staging and Blocking labor rate:  $75 per man-hour

4. Bottom Cleaning labor rates: Pressure Washing $2.00/ft

    (a.) Minimum charge - $100

    (b.) Scraping charge - $45/man-hour

    (c.) Bottom Sanding & Priming charge - $55/man-hour

5. Storage is charged on all vessels                                              

    (a.) Dry Storage rate: $3.00/ft per day (Contractors)

    (b.) Dry Storage rate: $2.00/ft per day (All other vessels)

    (c.) Slip Rental: Working slip rate is $3.00/ft per day

    (d.) Dockage up to 65' - $1.25/ft per day, plus electric

    (e.) Sub-contractor facility usage fee - $50 per day

    (f.)  Electric - $12.50 per day/per 50 amp

    (g.) Electric - $6.00/day - on land, no appliances

    (h.) Cooling Tower - $50/per day plus installation &

          breakdown - $75/hour (approx 5 hours)

 

NOTE:  Vessels pay one full day rate for arrival day and one half

day rate for departure day regardless of arrival or departure time.  

 

HURRICANE STORAGE - JUNE 1 - NOVEMBER 30 

A $500 Deposit and Signed Contract are Required

6.  Covered Work Shed: $300/day

7. Load/Unload from Trailer:

    (a.) Travel Lift Charge: $10/ft

    (b.) Forklift Charge: $10/ft

8. Equipment Rental:

    (a.) Forklift w/Operator: $100/half hour

9. Safe Harbor Affidavit Processing Fee: $100

10. Trash and Water Service: $10/day (required for all vessels)

11. Environmental/S.R.L.L.I. Impact Fee: 3.5% of Total Invoice

12. If invoice is paid by cash or check, labor rate may be reduced by $2.00/man-hour

 

13. 24 Hour Notice to Launch Vessel

ALL DO-IT-YOURSELF CONTRACTORS:  All major materials from the waterline down must be purchased from our on-site stockroom.  There is a 15% charge on labor, material and services on all contractor work performed on vessel.

OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS:  Everyone must check in at the Service Office, must have proof of insurance and confirm billing arrangements with the Service Department prior to commencing work.
